Erick Muhbah

Emergency Nurse Practitioner

Nginyu Erick Muhbah is a registered nurse with six years of experience in emergency care, pre-hospital medicine, maternal and child health, inpatient nursing, and clinical education. He is licensed to practise in Armenia and currently works as an emergency nurse practitioner supporting the European Union Mission in Armenia. His responsibilities include assisting physicians during ambulance assessments, delivering pre-hospital patient care, administering medication, monitoring vascular access and infusions, supporting airway management, performing triage, and assisting with rescue and evacuation procedures.

 

His previous clinical experience includes work at Charity Medical Center in Cameroon, where he conducted patient assessments, monitored vital signs, provided neonatal care and childhood vaccinations, managed wounds, supported postoperative recovery, and coordinated care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. He also has experience in maternal care, including assisting with deliveries, postpartum care, patient education, documentation, and community health activities.

 

Erick holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science from the University of Buea, completed through St Louis University Institute in Cameroon. He also worked as a higher-education lecturer, developing nursing curricula and delivering training in obstetric nursing, surgical nursing, and nursing-care organization. His professional certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support, with training in CPR, AED use, ECG interpretation, bandaging, fracture management, and patient extrication.
